The Team

Daniel Sobelman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CRE Bridge Capital, bringing over two decades of expertise in commercial real estate investment. With a proven track record, Daniel has led his team in originating, closing, and servicing more than $300 million in bridge loans with a blended average IRR of over 20%.

 

Before launching CRE Bridge Capital, Daniel held key leadership roles, including Director of Investments for a private REIT with approximately 13,000 apartments and $150 million in bridge debt, and Managing Partner of a Chicago based Family Office.

 

Daniel holds a BBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Russell is a Managing Partner at CRE Bridge Capital.

In addition to CRE Bridge Capital, Russel is a Managing Member and acting Principal of a family office, Stone Financial Group (SFG), which focuses on real estate investing, bridge and mezzanine lending, hotel management, venture capital, and emerging technologies. As a managing member of SFG for over 20 years, Russell is responsible for business development, investment analysis, and deal execution. Prior to CRE Bridge Capital, Russel was a Managing Partner for several businesses in the solar, restaurant, and e-cigarette spaces.

Russell earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Kansas and an A.A.S in Culinary Arts from Kendall College.

Zachary is an Associate primarily focused on the investment activities at CRE Bridge Capital.

Prior to joining CRE Bridge Capital, Zachary was an Acquisitions Analyst at CAI Investments focused on the sourcing, valuation, and due diligence of real estate assets. Prior to that, Zachary served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Army, where he led Soldiers, managed projects, and implemented risk-mitigation strategies.

Zachary earned a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is currently pursuing his M.B.A from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Alex is an Associate primarily focused on deal underwriting and fundraising activities at CRE Bridge Capital.

 

Prior to joining CRE Bridge Capital, Alex was a residential real estate broker at Baird & Warner. Prior to that, Alex worked at a small family office where he was involved with various investments ranging from real estate, private equity, venture capital, and public securities.

 

Alex earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing his M.B.A from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.
